Hotel Smyrna Palace
The front facade of the three-story building was covered with greco-roman architecture design patterns. On each floor, there was a central niche with a statue. The passage on the ground floor went through the building and led directly to 2nd Kordon. The ground floor contained cafés, shops and service units. The upper floors initially consisted of offices and companies, then became the Smyrna Palace Hotel. Smyrna Hotel was owned by Naim Bey, who also owned Splendid Hotel (previously Kraemer Hotel) in Kordon and Turkey Hotel. The building was entirely destroyed in the 1922 fire.
